a) ORDERS AND ORDER CONFIRMATIONS

 

An order confirmation for the products will be emailed to you or either communicated to you by phone. Any orders that may require modification can be requested by a customer keeping the estimated time in mind for fulfillment.

In case of no communication, it is the sole responsibility of the order placer to contact a support member.

 

b) DELIVERY AND RETURNS

 

Order delivery estimated time may vary depending on the area and the time it takes to fulfill .

Damaged or steal products must be checked at the time of delivery or the supplier will take no responsibility once the order has been delivered.

Returns will not be made on the same day if approved.

 

 

c) DELAYS AND CANCELLATION

 

Delays may occur in case of no availability, weather conditions or any natural cause.

In case of no availability, the order may be cancelled and will be communicated to the customer.

No orders will be cancelled once confirmed by the customer.

 

 

d)  LOCAL PICKUP AND FARM VISITS

 

A customer can pickup an order locally from the farm, free of any additional charges upon confirmation and at suggested time.

All our customers are welcome to visit the farm during the working hours but must seek permission to enter the premises.

 

e) PAYMENTS

 

All cash on delivery orders must be paid by cash and it is the customer’s responsibility to provide the exact or actual amount.

All bank transferred amount orders will be delivered after the confirmation of receipt from the bank.

Customers may request a visa or mastercard payment for cash on delivery orders by phone.

 

 f) PERSONAL INFORMATION

 

We will retain the customer’s personal information such as name, phone number, address, email etc.

No personal information such as bank account, debit or credit card number will be kept at any time.
